I was to create a poster that was based on an excerpt from a writing titled “A Plus B”. The writing spoke about how letters are like molecules. Based on what I got from the reading, I wanted to create a science-like environment however not scream it. So, I made a abstract molecule that showed how letters were apart and then slowly came together in the center. I used “ha” and “ah” from the reading. I chose a lime green color because of the meaning behind it. Green symbolizes harmony, growth and renewal. These are all aspects I feel letters go through when forming words. For the body text, I decided to show a progression of how sentences come together just like the letters. To show how something can become another.
